Perseids meteor shower

I have never tried Astro photography but love astronomy and looking at the stars so took the opportunity to get outside and see if I could spot a meteor or two and enjoy the stary sky. Venturing to a rural location with low light pollution I set my camera on a tripod and set aperture at its widest, a high ISO of 1600 or higher and shunter speed of 8seconds and kept pressing and looking.

Was an enjoyable experience and saw around 8 meteors with green trails. Here are a few of my attempts.
